Disputing a Utility Bill
If there is a mistake on the utility bill, contact the utility company first to see if they can address the concern. If this does not work, they can contact the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) 1-877-886-5066. Or you can fill out the form on their website; they only accept complaints from Massachusetts residents.
