Patient Experience

APP practices are always working on ways to improve the experience of their patients.  Our practices continue to focus on improving communication, promoting respect and courtesy among office staff and providers, and addressing problems with access and continuity of care.

The MHQP Patient Experience Survey is a statewide survey of patients in Massachusetts about experiences with their child's doctor, and other staff in the doctor's office. The most recent survey was conducted in the spring of 2016. To be in this report, a doctors' office must have at least 3 doctors and have received enough patient survey responses for results to be reliable.
