Patient Experience
APP has developed a Program which has trained our pediatricians, nurse practitioners and practice staff in a series of tools designed to help our practices improve the experience of their patients. Our practices continue to focus on a wide range of related issues, including improving communication, promoting respect and courtesy among office staff and providers, and addressing problems with access and continuity of care.
